Shaped by formative encounters, cultural touchstones and secret desires, KHAITE's point of view comes to life through feminine ready-to-wear and accessories that find confidence in contrast. Every piece proposes a new balance of opposites: masculine and feminine, strength and softness, structure and fluidity.
Founded in 2016 by creative director Catherine Holstein and based in New York, KHAITE evolves each season on a foundation of robust yet polished pieces, distinguished by exceptional materials and subtle but striking details. Holstein was named CFDA Womenswear Designer of the Year 2022.

The temples are instantly recognisable: a first-of-its-kind double-inlay process exposes the custom core wire inspired by the hardware of KHAITE's bags. Alternating Oliver Peoples and KHAITE logo tips and double pins enhance strength and flexibility. Each model debuts in five colourways: neutral black, brown and beige alongside bold optical white and translucent red, a vibrant lipstick tone echoed in the exclusive case, included with a drawstring pouch that doubles as a lens cloth.

The campaign
The collaboration comes to life through photographer Hanna Tveite with model Steinberg and creative direction by Catherine Holstein. The concept captures KHAITE's worldview through the lenses of Oliver Peoples: contradiction, mystery and alter ego, light and dark. Reflections in the lenses mirror the ways we see ourselves and others.

If the eyes are the windows to the soul, sunglasses are the Venetian blinds.
