Shipping Protection — Terms & Conditions
What is covered
OpticalH Shipping Protection covers your order against loss or theft during transit from our warehouse to your delivery address. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or reship your order at no additional cost.
What is NOT covered
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Package delivered to the correct address but claimed as not received
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Customs seizure or delays
- Damage to the product (covered by our standard 3-year warranty)
How to file a claim
- Contact our support team at info@opticalh.com within 30 days of the shipping date
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
- We will verify with the carrier and process your refund or reshipment within 48 business hours
Cost
Shipping Protection is calculated at 5% of your order subtotal, with a minimum of €2. It is entirely optional and must be selected by you at checkout.
Refund of Shipping Protection fee
If your order arrives safely, the Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your order before it ships, the Shipping Protection fee will be refunded along with the rest of your order.
OpticalH Shipping Protection is a commercial guarantee provided by Herradores 70 Opticos S.L. It is not an insurance product.
