• Consumers and users: In the event of a dispute, the competent Courts and Tribunals will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations (usually the buyer's domicile or the place of performance of the obligation).

• Professional buyer or company: In the event of a dispute, both parties expressly waive their own jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of San Cristóbal de la Laguna (Tenerife).
