Yes, all the glasses we sell are original. We have been working with the official suppliers and manufacturers of each brand for over 20 years.

All the glasses we sell come with 2 years of warranty. Please note that the warranty covers defects caused by material failure or manufacturing defects.

Each case will be assessed by our experts to determine the resolution.

Important: Damage caused by misuse or external causes is not covered.

All glasses have three measurements in millimeters that determine the size:

  • Diameter: It is the measurement of the width of the lens.
  • Bridge: It is the width of the glasses at the nose support area.
  • Temple length: It is the measurement of the total length of the temple. Most manufacturers work with three measurements: 135, 140, and 145 mm, with 140 mm being the most common.

These measurements are usually engraved on the inside of one of the temple arms or on the inside of the front near the nose area.

The total width of the glasses is approximately calculated using the following formula: (2 x Diameter) + (Bridge measurement) = Total width.

2-month adaptation guarantee: Covers the exchange of lenses due to poor adaptation, allowing you to try your glasses with complete peace of mind. If you notice any discomfort after using them for at least 10 days, you can contact us for one of our specialists to evaluate the case.

2-year manufacturing guarantee: During this time, if the lenses suffer changes in coloration or deterioration of the treatments, we will cover the exchange of the lenses.

IMPORTANT! Exchanges under this guarantee do not cover damage to the lenses caused by misuse (scratched lenses, lenses broken due to impact or crushing).

If you want to order your lenses through our website, you must first have a prescription written by a specialist.

Contact our customer service if you need help interpreting your optical prescription.

These are the two statuses you will find:

  • "PRODUCT IN STOCK. IMMEDIATE SHIPPING" — The glasses are in our warehouse ready to be shipped.
  • "AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS" — After you make the purchase, we will request the glasses from the manufacturer. The estimated delivery time is between 15 and 20 days.

It is not necessary to register; on our website, you can make a purchase as a guest.

However, if you make the purchase as a registered user, you will benefit from having access to your user profile. You will be able to print invoices and track your order.

Returns and Exchanges

The restocking fee is a deduction of 15% on the order amount that we apply when a customer voluntarily returns or cancels a significant part of an order of two or more items where at least one unit has been ordered expressly from the manufacturer or distributor. It covers the real costs of reverse logistics, inspection and relabelling for those products. It does not apply to defective products, shipping errors on our side, or to exchanges due to maladjustment to prescription lenses covered by our warranty.

The fee is applied only to orders of two or more items where at least one unit was ordered expressly from the supplier after the order was confirmed. For single-item orders or for products in immediate stock, the standard conditions described in our returns policy apply.

Yes, you can return both sunglasses and prescription glasses. Customized products are not included.

In the case of prescription glasses, we can only refund the amount of the frame, as we only accept exchanges for the lenses.

Yes, you can make a change to your order. You will have 14 days to make this request by sending an email to info@opticalh.com.

Only in some cases.You will have to assume the shipping cost for returns if:

  • You want to exchange one pair of glasses for another
  • You want to return the glasses because you did not like them or simply changed your mind

On the other hand, YOU will not have to pay the shipping costs if:

  • The product you received has a defect
  • The product you received is not the one you purchased

Prescription contact lenses are a customized product, requested exclusively for the customer. Therefore, they cannot be returned, except for a manufacturing defect or if there is an error on our part.

For any exchange or return of the glasses, you will have a period of 14 days. which will start counting from the moment you receive the order.

Yes, you can exchange your glasses regardless of their price. If the price is higher, you will need to pay the difference. In the case that you wish to exchange the glasses for a model of lower price, the difference will be refunded to you through the same original payment method.

Refunds

If you have changed your mind and your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund.

To do this, you must send an email to info@opticalh.com, including your name and the order reference.

We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy.

We will proceed to cancel and refund your order within 24 to 48 hours. The amount you paid will be returned to you via the same payment method you used during the purchase.

Upon receiving the glasses at our warehouse, they will be inspected.Once the reason for the return is confirmed, we will proceed to issue a refund through the same payment method you used during the purchase.
