Prices
Free shipping on orders over €269.

You can find the price of a specific shipment by entering the shipping details during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
Once the order is shipped, the usual delivery time is estimated to be between 5 and 10 days.
Keep in mind that, depending on the availability of the glasses, the delivery time may vary.
Items marked as "PRODUCT IN STOCK.IMMEDIATE SHIPPING" is shipped the same day of the purchase, except on weekends and holidays.
When the product is listed as "PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS", we will have to order it from the manufacturer. In this case, the shipping has an estimated timeframe of 15 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In specific cases, delivery times may be extended due to high demand for certain models of glasses. Upon receiving the product in our warehouse, it will be prepared immediately for shipping to your home.
If you purchase a pair of glasses in stock and your order includes prescription lenses, the usual delivery timeframe will be between 5 and 12 days. If it is necessary to order the glasses from the factory, it may take between 15 and 20 days.
In the case of orders with prescription lenses, with special specifications or parameters such as: high prescriptions, progressive lenses, therapeutic lenses, or with specific treatments, they may be subject to additional manufacturing days that are added to the total delivery time.
The delivery time for contact lenses with simple prescriptions is usually between 5 and 12 days. In the case of custom-made contact lenses, they may take between 15 and 20 days until you receive them.
Customs Duties
All our prices for countries in the European Union include the corresponding fees and taxes.In the exceptional case that they may require any amount from you, Optical H will take care of reimbursing it to the customer.
It is uncommon, but on some occasions, the authorities in your country may ask you to pay a small amount as import tax. This amount is not included in the final price of the product.
The courier company will inform you if payment is necessary.
We will reimburse this amount for shipments to the European Union and Australia as long as you have not chosen the DHL or express shipping option.

Order Tracking
Currently, we manage shipments through DHL and national postal services .
When the order is ready and processed by the corresponding shipping service, we will send you an email with the information so you can track the status of the shipment.
You will be able to track your order from your user profile on our website, through the courier company, or by contacting our customer service.
In the case that the shipment is made by Correos, you will also be able to check its status on your national postal service's website by entering the tracking number on that site.
