If the item has any defects, you must inform us within the first 48 hours.
For manufacturing defects, you have a warranty of 3 years.
Steps to request a warranty
To make a return, contact customer service by sending an email to info@opticalh.com explaining the reason for the request. You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours.
Return methods
Request a return label by sending an email to info@opticalh.com. Te we will generate a shipping label, provided that the warranty has been accepted by our team of specialists beforehand.
You can return your order at our physical store by presenting all the original material sent. Generally, you will save on shipping costs, but in the case of incurring an extra cost for our company for any reason, it will be at the customer's expense.
Costs
Shipping costs and any potential customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer, with the first being free as long as the customer has received glasses that are damaged.
Warranty management carried out in our stores is free, as long as it does not incur unforeseen extra costs for our company.
Management
All warranties are managed, processed, and thoroughly reviewed by our team upon receipt of the order. Once the product's condition is received and verified, we will process a new order with the supplier to replace the warranted item.
We will make a new shipment to the customer. Shipping costs and any potential customs fees will not be refunded, as the services have been rendered.
We reserve the right to reject warranties reported after the deadline or products that do not meet the conditions corresponding to manufacturing defects.
Customs — Countries outside the European Union
Please note that some countries may impose import taxes and customs costs. Check with local authorities. If the shipment incurs these costs, they will be the responsibility of the customer.
We operate from the Canary Islands, which is considered an outermost region. If you choose not to assume the customs fees, we will not be able to refund the order amount or take responsibility for the package.
