Can any frame be fitted?
Not every frame is suitable for new lenses. Its condition, design and the chosen lenses must be checked. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering or sending it.
What if my prescription includes prism?
Contact our optical team with your prescription. This requires an individual review and should not be entered as a standard prescription in the automatic configurator.
What is included in the price?
The configurator displays the price for the lens options you select. Review the order summary and applicable delivery conditions before paying; the frame is not included in this service.
