Shipping and Pricing Policy

1. Prices and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country or geographical area. You can find out the exact shipping amount by entering your details and delivery address during the checkout process, before finalizing the payment.

2. General Delivery Times

Once the order leaves our facilities, the usual estimated delivery time by the transport companies is 5 to 10 days. However, the total time until you receive your order depends on the availability of the item:

• "PRODUCT IN STOCK."IMMEDIATE SHIPPING": These items are prepared and shipped on the same day of purchase (except on weekends and holidays).

• "PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS": These items are not physically in our warehouse and we must request them from the manufacturer. In this case, the estimated delivery time to your hands is 15 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be prepared immediately for shipping to your home.

Note: In specific cases, delivery times may be extended due to high demand for certain models from the manufacturer.

3.Delivery Times for Prescription Glasses and Contact Lenses

The process of assembling and manufacturing lenses requires additional time:

• Prescription glasses (frame in stock): If you purchase a frame in stock and add prescription lenses, the usual delivery time will be 5 to 12 days. If the frame needs to be ordered from the factory, the time will be 15 to 20 days.

• Special lenses: Orders with high prescriptions, progressive lenses, therapeutic lenses, or specific treatments may require additional manufacturing days, which will be added to the total delivery time.

• Contact lenses: For simple prescriptions, the delivery time is usually 5 to 12 days. In the case of custom-made contact lenses, they may take between 15 and 20 days.

4.Taxes and Customs Fees

• Shipping within Europe (EU): All prices for countries in the European Union include the corresponding fees and taxes. In the exceptional case that customs requires you to pay any amount, we will take care of reimbursing you.

• Shipping outside the European Union: Although it is uncommon, the customs authorities in your country may request payment of import taxes. This amount is not included in the final price of the product and the courier company will inform you if you need to pay it.

  • Exception: We will reimburse this amount for shipments to Australia (and to the European Union, as mentioned), provided that you have not chosen the shipping option via DHL or express shipping.

5.Order Tracking

We currently manage shipments through DHL and national postal services.

• Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier company, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

• You can track the status of your shipment from your user profile on our website, through the courier company's website, or by contacting our customer service.

• If your shipment is made via standard postal service (Correos), you can also enter your tracking number on the official postal service website of your country to check its status once it crosses the border.
